We believe that everyone of our clients comes to us with many strengths, even as they come to us with things about themselves they’d like to change. We recognize that we are partners with our clients in promoting the positive change they seek. Our training and expertise is to listen, observe, educate, coach, support and assist, but the therapist is only one of the experts in the room. Our clients bring with them their unique expertise in their own lives, their own values and their own vision for the life they want to live. The combined expertise of client and therapist, along with a mutual commitment to success, are the ingredients that produce positive change.
